- 2 — We Follow Up PersonallyAvailability plus recommendations built around your actual event, not a generic rate card. Peak-season weekends can take a few days — if your date is close, call or text and we'll move it up.
- 3 — Everything in One PlaceProposal, contract, and payments run through HoneyBook instead of a dozen email threads.
- 4 — Your Date Is HeldA signed agreement and a 25% retainer secure it. Balance is due one month before the event.
Bookings generally range from around $900 to $7,500 depending on coverage, venue, and production. Anything over 125 miles from Pensacola is quoted as a destination event with travel as its own clear line item.
